If you decide to cancel your account within the first 30 days of
service, you will be entitled to a full refund of your initial payment. Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted to our help desk.
Please note: Items and Reasons which are excluded.
Domain registration fees, setup fees, account abuse, requests for
security changes to servers, webdesign work and
bandwidth overage fees are non-refundable.
Account Cancellations
To cancel your account you must request it via our help desk. Please include your domain name and WHEN to remove your account. If you would, please include a reason why you no longer want to host with Integra-Net. After we receive your cancellation request and reason for leaving we will cancel your account.
You will receive a confirmation after your account is cancelled. If you do not receive a confirmation, your account may not have been cancelled. Please always confirm a cancellation and do not assume it has been done. Do not send email and do not call to cancel, we do not accept cancellations by phone.
